Terms of Service

By using linkz.lol — whether by visiting the site, creating an account, or using our API — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

linkz.lol provides URL shortening, QR code generation, link analytics, and link-in-bio pages. We offer a free tier and a one-time paid lifetime plan. Features and limits for each plan are described on our pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice of material changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or API keys with anyone. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts that impersonate others or provide false information may be terminated.

You may not use linkz.lol to shorten or distribute links to content that:

• Is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of your visitors
• Constitutes phishing, fraud, or social engineering
• Distributes malware, spyware, or other malicious software
• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediate termination and report to authorities
• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Is used for spam or unsolicited mass messaging
• Violates any third-party platform's terms of service

We reserve the right to remove any link and terminate any account that violates these rules, without notice.

Free accounts may create up to 10 short links. Links on the free plan never expire unless you set an expiry date. Once you reach the limit, you must delete existing links or upgrade before creating new ones.

We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits with 30 days notice to registered users.

The lifetime plan is a one-time payment of $19 that grants permanent access to all paid features as they exist at the time of purchase, plus any features we add in the future.

If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, email [email protected] for a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of all links and content you create through linkz.lol. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and serve your links and bio page content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for the content your short links point to. linkz.lol is not liable for any harm caused by content hosted on third-party sites.

If you use the linkz.lol API, you must not exceed the documented rate limits, resell API access, or use the API to build a competing URL shortening service. API keys must be kept confidential.

linkz.lol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, data retention, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, linkz.lol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your links will stop redirecting within 24 hours and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
